Yunlong, with its two major domestic bases in Jiaxing and Huzhou as the core, collaborates with the overseas factory in Dai Moc of Vietnam and the functional module center of Yunhao Carbon Fiber Technology to build a complete industrial ecosystem covering R&D, core materials, flexible manufacturing and global delivery.

From the independent research and development of intelligent heating modules to the efficient mass production of millions of pieces of clothing; from lean manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta to rapid response to international orders in Southeast Asia – the four bases work together to ensure that the products are safe and reliable, delivered promptly and provide services globally.

Jiaxing production base

The production base in Jiaxing is located in the heart of China's clothing manufacturing industry, equipped with advanced production facilities and an efficient production management system. It focuses on the research and manufacturing of intelligent heating clothing, providing customers with high-quality and customized wearing solutions.

Huzhou Production Base

The production base in Huzhou is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. It integrates R&D, production, testing and logistics, and fully implements the 6S lean management system to achieve standardized operation throughout the process. All products have obtained international safety certifications such as CE, ANSI, CAN/CSA.

Dai Moc's production base in Vietnam

The Dai Moc Vietnam production base has been in operation since 2003. It can produce up to 370,000 pieces of clothing per month. The factory is equipped with 12 fully automated knitting production lines and has passed the factory inspections of well-known international enterprises such as Walmart and GIII, ensuring timely delivery and strict quality control.

Yunhao Carbon Fiber Technology

Tongxiang Yunhao Carbon Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research and manufacturing of intelligent electric heating functional modules, providing heating solutions covering the entire temperature range from -40℃ to +50℃. It offers three major mainstream heating technologies and its products are widely applied in fields such as intelligent clothing.
